The magistrate's order came during a Friday hearing; the warrants had been issued because he had not appeared.
An anti-terrorism court granted him interim bail in the Sangjani protest case and barred police from arresting him.
The Sangjani case is next heard on Nov 7; the case against PTI workers is adjourned to Nov 4.
