Asad Qaiser among four PTI leaders granted bail by ATC
Islamabad’s anti-terrorism court restored pre-arrest bail for Asad Qaiser, Atif Khan, Latif Khosa and Faisal Amin Gandapur until 11 February, each on a Rs5,000 surety.
Islamabad’s anti-terrorism court granted bail to four Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders in protest-related cases.
The accused are Asad Qaiser, Atif Khan, Latif Khosa and Faisal Amin Gandapur.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain ordered each to submit a Rs5,000 surety; bail runs until 11 February.
Bail covers cases tied to the 26 November protest and a protest outside the Supreme Court.
Earlier bail had been cancelled over non-appearance; fresh pre-arrest bail pleas were then filed.
