Austria jobs for Pakistanis cover IT, engineering, driving, retail and kitchen work, the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment said, via the Red-White-Red Card.
The Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment (BEOE) highlighted Austrian jobs for skilled Pakistani workers in sectors facing labour shortages.
Named occupations include IT professionals, electrical and electronics engineers, drivers, retail workers, shopkeepers, restaurant professionals, chefs and kitchen staff.
The Red-White-Red Card is a residence and work permit generally issued for two years, and it initially ties the holder to the employer named in the application.
Eligibility depends on educational qualifications, professional experience, language skills, age and, where required, a job offer.
A figure of 15,000 cards and 2027 employment prospects have not been confirmed through official Austrian sources.
