Bilawal called PTI's conduct a political suicide attack on its own KP government and said the PPP supports the emergency.
He said President Zardari approved it after no convincing constitutional, legal or political reason to reject the summary was given.
He said he will ask the prime minister to end the emergency if dialogue makes it unnecessary.
Tariq Fazal Chaudhry tabled the motion. APP and Geo do not say the National Assembly has voted.
Gohar called the move an assault on democracy. Tarar said the KP government's approach to terrorism endangered national security.
