Bushra Bibi bail dismissal after ATC hearing in Islamabad
The Bushra Bibi bail dismissal came as an Islamabad ATC also rejected Asad Qaiser’s plea and those of other PTI leaders over repeated absence in protest-related cases.
An Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court on Thursday dismissed pre-arrest bail pleas of Bushra Bibi, Asad Qaiser and several other PTI leaders in protest-related cases.
Judge Abual Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain cited their repeated non-appearance while hearing applications of around 250 accused.
Also dismissed were pleas of Junaid Akbar, Latif Khosa, Naeem Haider Panjutha, Ali Zaman, Iman Waseem, Atif Khan and Fazal Muhammad.
The court extended interim bail for accused who appeared and adjourned further proceedings until February 11.
