APCMA data: local cement despatches reach 4.041m tons

APCMA figures show local despatches at 4.041 million tons in October 2026, while exports fell 3.67pc and south-based mills did the heavy lifting.

Local cement despatches rose 1.17pc to 4.041 million tons in October 2026 from 3.994 million tons a year earlier, APCMA said.

Exports fell 3.67pc to 768,754 tons; total despatches were 4.810 million tons, up 0.37pc.

South-based mills’ total despatches rose 9.90pc; north-based mills’ total fell 3.13pc, with no north exports in the month.

In July–October of the current fiscal year, domestic despatches were up 5.93pc while exports were down 9.51pc.
