Diana case update: Lahore judge exits Tanveer bail hearing
Judge Riffaqat Ali Gondal, an additional sessions judge in Lahore, withdrew from Ahmed Tanveer’s temporary bail request after noting the dispute was already before the provincial high court.

Defence counsel Safdar Shaheen Pirzada attended, but the bail bid was not argued.
Tanveer had protective relief from Peshawar on 9 October and temporary bail in Lahore on 15 October.
Police say he missed a 15–23 October probe window; they seek his arrest and recovery of a phone and firearm.
