Erstwhile Fata administrative changes: 30 posts moved to ADS
KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi approved moving control of directorates in erstwhile Fata to the Area Development Secretariat, which manages 12 designated districts.
Governor Faisal Karim Kundi approved moving control of erstwhile Fata directorates and major institutions to the Area Development Secretariat (ADS).
The ADS is tasked with 12 designated districts and has notified an office of chief police officer for them.
A separate notification temporarily moved 30 posts in grades 17 to 20 from KP departments to the ADS.
The ADS was set up after an emergency was imposed in the province on October 11.
