Aminuddin Khan bench to hear KP petitions on PTI detentions
Petitions filed through the KP chief secretary after emergency and governor's rule target High Court orders that quashed Section 3 MPO detentions of PTI workers and barred their rearrest.
The KP government has challenged Peshawar High Court orders that set aside Section 3 MPO detentions of PTI leaders and workers and barred their arrest.
Petitions filed through the provincial chief secretary are listed for hearing in the Federal Constitutional Court.
A bench headed by Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear the cases.
Sources say petitions name 51 PTI workers, and that challenges over High Court relief for about 150 more workers are also planned.
