Gold rises Rs13,900 per tola as 24k reaches Rs426,036

24-karat gold rose Rs13,900 to Rs426,036 per tola on Wednesday.

Ten grams of 24-karat gold rose Rs11,917 to Rs365,257, per APGJSA.

Silver climbed Rs295 to Rs5,663 per tola.

Global gold gained $139 to $4,035 an ounce, and local rates followed.

Tuesday was flat after a Rs2,400 rise on Monday; Oct 28 saw a Rs3,500 gain.
