HEC paperless system handles 73,146 degree cases since May

Since May 2026, the Higher Education Commission has closed 73,146 degree cases on its paperless platform, letting graduates download digital certificates without office visits.

HEC has processed 73,146 degree attestation cases covering 139,021 academic documents.

The paperless online system launched on 11 May 2026.

Graduates can get digitally attested degrees without visiting HEC offices or submitting originals.

Electronic certificates are downloadable from applicants’ online dashboards.

Institutions can check authenticity on HEC’s official verification portal.
