IHC summons CDA chairman over G-6 police flats eviction
The Islamabad High Court said an eviction of police officers from G-6 flats appeared to ignore a stay order, and it may convert the petition into a contempt case.
The Islamabad High Court summoned the CDA chairman to appear in person on October 27.
The court objected to an eviction of police officers from G-6 flats that was allegedly carried out despite a stay order.
The petitioners say the stay was in force; the CDA's counsel said no violation was shown.
The court may convert the writ petition into a contempt of court case.
