Imaan Mazari, Hadi get ATC bail in Press Club police-clash case

An Islamabad anti-terrorism court on Tuesday granted bail to Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha in a road-blockade and police-clash case.

Bail was set against surety bonds of Rs5,000 each after Judge Abual Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the applications.

Last week an ATC sentenced each of them to 10 years in a separate security-breach case, plus further terms under the Pakistan Penal Code.

They have been in custody since 23 January and were re-arrested hours after a Supreme Court release order on 17 September.
