Islamabad High Court to charge CDA Member Zaman Wattoo

Chief Justice Dogar rejected Zaman Wattoo’s unconditional apology and said the CDA Member Estate will be indicted at the next contempt hearing.

The Islamabad High Court will frame contempt charges against CDA Member Estate Zaman Wattoo.

The case follows his failure to appear in court, which he attributed to illness.

Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar rejected Wattoo’s bid for an unconditional apology and early closure.

Wattoo is to be indicted at the next hearing; contempt will be heard before the main petition.
