Justice Aamer Farooq swears in acting FCCP chief Rizvi
In Islamabad on Monday, Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi assumed temporary leadership of Pakistan's Federal Constitutional Court while Amin-ud-Din Khan travels to Azerbaijan through 24 October 2026.
Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi was sworn in Monday in Islamabad as acting chief justice of the FCCP.
Amin-ud-Din Khan is abroad in Azerbaijan from 19 to 24 October 2026 on court-related official travel.
The Azerbaijan invitation followed TÜRK-AY observer recognition for the court in July 2026.
Justice Aamer Farooq conducted the swearing-in before judges, bar office-holders, and court staff.
