Karakoram Express Private: Prime Rail Takes Over on October 30

The Lahore-Karachi train's ticket bookings stay with Pakistan Railways until October 29, 2026.
From October 30, Prime Rail takes over bookings and other related operations.
Prime Rail has received permission to start bookings for the train.
The move is part of a gradual plan to transfer mail and express train operations to the private sector.
