Khawaja Asif criticises arrest-first political victimisation

Speaking in Sialkot, the defence minister said civilian governments often detain people before fixing charges, citing his own detentions and Pakistan’s diplomatic role abroad.

Defence Minister Khawaja Asif told reporters in Sialkot that civilian governments often arrest people first and decide charges later.
