KP Merged Districts Development Secretariat Ordered by Centre
The federal government has issued orders to establish an Area Development Secretariat to oversee security, governance, and KP merged districts development.

An Additional Chief Secretary will head the Secretariat as Administrator, holding full administrative, security, and financial powers.
The decision takes immediate effect, giving the Administrator authority over local civil administration, police, and coordination with armed forces.
