Thirty police station heads told the court they had not arrested Saad and Ans Rizvi, who have been declared proclaimed offenders, and the interior ministry must reply by October 27.
The Lahore High Court sought a report from the federal interior ministry on the whereabouts of TLP leaders Saad and Ans Rizvi.
All 30 station house officers (SHOs) in Punjab who were asked denied arresting the brothers.
Antiterrorism courts declared Saad and Ans proclaimed offenders in four and five FIRs respectively.
The brothers went missing after a police operation against TLP protesters near Muridke on October 13, 2025.
Police say the brothers fled to Azad Jammu and Kashmir; the TLP says security agencies are holding them. The ministry must reply by October 27.
