Naqvi transfers 10 new APCs to KP police in Islamabad
Mohsin Naqvi APCs, 10 newly acquired armoured personnel carriers, were handed to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police after Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif ordered an immediate transfer for counterterrorism.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi handed 10 newly acquired armoured personnel carriers to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif directed that the vehicles be transferred immediately for counterterrorism operations.
Naqvi cited the security situation and said terrorist incidents in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had been increasing.
He said the federal government stands with KP Police and will give all the help it can against terrorism.
