Mohsin Naqvi says Afridi never joined military operations

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi told a joint sitting of Parliament that KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi said he could not back the fight against terrorism because of the political cost.
Naqvi said Afridi had never accompanied the military on an operation and had stopped attending funeral prayers for security personnel after a February Apex Committee meeting in Peshawar.
Naqvi said a plan had been prepared to empower police in five districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
