Containers at Swabi motorway entries; internet cut, Dawn says
Dawn reports containers at the entry points of the Islamabad–Peshawar Motorway in Swabi, and internet and mobile services suspended across the district after governor’s rule.
Dawn’s headline is “Motorway closed in Swabi”. The report says containers were placed at the entry points of the Islamabad–Peshawar Motorway.
Internet and mobile services remained suspended across Swabi after governor’s rule and the emergency.
Irshad Khan, a restaurant owner near Swabi Interchange, told Dawn that online orders had stopped.
The report does not give a reopening time for the entry points or for phone service. PTCL officials told Dawn their systems were down too.
