45 NUST scientists make Stanford-Elsevier top 2% list
The NUST researchers top 2 percent ranking for 2026 names 45 faculty from Islamabad's National University of Sciences and Technology on the Stanford-Elsevier scientists list.
45 NUST researchers are on the 2026 world top 2% scientists list compiled by Stanford University and Elsevier.
16 of those researchers have appeared on the list across successive years.
NUST Rector Dr Muhammad Zahid Latif congratulated the faculty and linked the honour to Pakistan's research standing.
The university released a full NUST top scientists list of named faculty and researchers based in Islamabad.
