Pakistan Super League Considers Off-Season PSL Sixes Event
Pakistan Super League chief executive Salman Naseer said the proposed PSL Sixes could follow the Hong Kong Sixes format, but no final decision has been made.
The PSL is exploring a six-a-side tournament, tentatively called "PSL Sixes", to be held in the off-season.
Chief Executive Salman Naseer said the format could resemble the Hong Kong Sixes, but nothing is finalised.
The event could take PSL cricket to smaller cities that have not yet hosted matches.
Finding a window is a challenge because overseas players are involved in other tournaments.
The PSL launched in 2016 and has been staged entirely in Pakistan since 2020.
