CAA approves EVA Air, China Airlines flights through March 2027
Official documents dated Wednesday authorise EVA Air and China Airlines passenger and cargo operations using Pakistani airspace from 28 October through 27 March 2027.
Pakistan’s Civil Aviation Authority approved passenger and cargo flights by EVA Air and China Airlines.
The authorisations run from 28 October through 27 March 2027, according to official documents.
Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif was earlier quoted as saying airspace had been closed to Taiwanese carriers.
Reports later said overflight rights were restored; Asif had no immediate comment.
The approval papers do not mention any earlier ban or say whether they reverse one.
