U19 Asia Cup 2026: Pakistan open campaign vs UAE Friday
Defending champions Pakistan U19, led by Farhan Yousaf, open their U19 Asia Cup 2026 title defence in Muscat against the UAE on Friday after arriving from a Karachi camp.
The 13th ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup opened on Thursday, 5 November 2026, in Muscat, Oman, with eight teams in two groups.
Defending champions Pakistan U19, captained by Farhan Yousaf, departed Lahore for Oman on Thursday after a preparatory camp in Karachi.
Pakistan are in Group A with India, Nepal and the UAE and open their campaign against the UAE on Friday.
Group B has Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Sri Lanka; opening-day fixtures included Malaysia vs Sri Lanka and Afghanistan vs Bangladesh.
The PCB said the side is well-balanced across batting, pace and spin and capable of defending last year’s title.
