Peshawar High Court suspends orders against two Bannu officials

The Bannu Bench suspended two orders: the suspension of Bannu RMO Atiqur Rehman Baloch and the transfer of assistant director Inamullah.
The court ordered the existing position kept in both cases until a final decision.
Petitioners argue the orders breached a federal order that placed 12 districts, including Bannu, under an area development secretariat.
Respondents have been asked to submit comments within two weeks; no final ruling has been reported.
The Assistant Attorney General and Additional Advocate General were asked to assist at the next hearing.
