PTA inspected 184 mobile sites from 22 to 28 October 2026 as part of intensified nationwide field monitoring.
Cumulative monitored sites now stand at over 900.
Checks spanned cities and rural areas from Karachi and Quetta to Gilgit, Swat, Mirpur and Arifwala.
Findings included power and backup problems, equipment gaps, battery and generator faults, and fibre-optic safety concerns.
PTA says it is working with local administrations and operators on corrective steps to improve service reliability.
