Four PTI leaders win ATC pre-arrest bail in protest cases
Judge Zulqarnain allowed fresh applications for Asad Qaiser, Atif Khan, Latif Khosa and Faisal Amin Gandapur after earlier dismissals for non-appearance, with Rs5,000 surety each.
An ATC on Monday granted pre-arrest bail to four PTI leaders in Nov 26 protest and Supreme Court demonstration cases.
Asad Qaiser, Atif Khan, Latif Khosa and Faisal Amin Gandapur must each furnish Rs5,000 surety bonds.
Bail covers nine cases for Qaiser, four for Khan, three for Khosa and six for Gandapur.
Fresh applications succeeded after the court had earlier dismissed bail pleas for repeated non-appearance.
The Islamabad High Court will hear on Nov 5 an NDC petition seeking meetings with Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi at Adiala jail.
