Farhan recalled from NPL as PCB seeks $25,000 extra NOCs
Karnali Yaks say Sahibzada Farhan has been picked for Pakistan's ODIs against Sri Lanka, while the franchise disputes a PCB demand for an extra US$25,000 in NOC fees.
Sahibzada Farhan is leaving Karnali Yaks in the Nepal Premier League after a call-up for Pakistan's ODIs against Sri Lanka.
Karnali Yaks director Grihendra Ghimire said Farhan is expected back in the NPL after the national team's match on October 31.
Ghimire said the PCB has demanded an extra US$25,000 to issue NOCs for Pakistani players already in Nepal with clearances.
Karnali is preparing a temporary replacement and has also signed fellow Pakistani Hussain Talat.
Ghimire said the franchise wants the fee dispute resolved without harming future ties with Pakistani players.
