SHC Says June and July School Fees Need Separate Dates
The Sindh High Court has told schools to issue May notices for private school fees in summer vacation and not to demand June and July dues through one combined voucher.
The Sindh High Court told private schools to issue summer-fee notices in May and barred collection of more than one month through vouchers sent together.
TechJuice, citing other media reports, said June fees are due by June 30 and July fees by July 30, and both may not be demanded at once.
The court asked the private schools directorate and the other parties to settle books and uniforms by consultation within two weeks, then disposed of the petition.
In Quetta, Deputy Commissioner West Munir Ahmed Durrani banned vacation-period fees after a Balochistan High Court ruling, with registration cancellation and sealing, including for the winter break.
Parents in Quetta were asked to report complaints to his office or Education Department officials; the report gives no complaint number.
