Sulaiman Khan says govt endangering Imran Khan in prison
Sulaiman Khan says the family has had no contact with the former prime minister since August and claims a Supreme Court order for treatment at Shifa International Hospital has not been followed.
Sulaiman Khan accused the government of putting his father Imran Khan’s life at risk in prison.
He said the family has neither seen nor heard from Imran Khan since August.
He alleged an August Supreme Court order for assessment and treatment at Shifa International Hospital, plus family and lawyer access, has not been complied with.
He cited the UN special rapporteur on torture as saying the former premier’s treatment amounted to torture.
He warned the government would be held responsible if his father died in custody; no official reply was given in his posts.
