Adrian Hamilton Manns set for PIA top job after privatisation
Pakistan International Airlines has nominated Adrian Hamilton, head of Oman’s Salam Air, for the PIA CEO post; clearances are still under way and a formal announcement has not yet been made.
PIA has nominated Adrian Hamilton Manns, currently CEO of Oman’s Salam Air, as its next chief executive.
He is expected to take charge by the end of October.
Anonymous sources say security and other clearances are still being processed, so the appointment has not been formally announced.
The role is among the first major nominations since an Arif Habib-led consortium took over management on 29 June 2026.
Manns has long worked in low-cost airlines; PIA operates as a full-service carrier.
