Deliveries are expected to begin within about a week of the launch.
Bikes will use replaceable lithium-ion batteries; management is targeting up to 95% local manufacturing over time.
Bikes will first be sourced from international partners, then shift toward local assembly.
Airfin buy-now-pay-later financing is planned to cover electric bikes as well as phones and appliances.
