Seven drug suppliers held after ANF 99kg narcotics haul
An ANF drug seizure across five operations recovered ice, hashish and opium in Islamabad, Chagai and Peshawar; cases were filed under the 1997 narcotics law.
The Anti-Narcotics Force arrested seven drug suppliers, including a woman, and seized about 99 kilograms of narcotics in five operations.
The raids targeted international smuggling, inter-provincial trafficking and domestic distribution.
Recoveries included ice (crystal methamphetamine), hashish and opium in Islamabad, District Chagai and Peshawar.
One Islamabad operation also yielded a .30-bore pistol and 10 rounds of ammunition.
Cases were registered under the Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997, with further proceedings under way.
