ANF seizes cocaine, ecstasy and hashish in eight operations
Arrests were made at Islamabad Airport and on roads near Multan, Rawalpindi, Lahore and in Chagai district, and the cases fall under Pakistan's 1997 narcotics law.
ANF arrested nine suspects, including a woman, in eight operations on Monday, October 19.
Total seizures weighed 94.22 kg and were valued at more than Rs25.8 million.
Cocaine capsules and 4,350 ecstasy tablets were found in separate cases at Islamabad Airport.
The largest haul by weight was 20 kg of hashish and 30 kg of opium in Chagai district.
Cases were registered under Pakistan's 1997 narcotics law, and legal proceedings are under way.
