Two Blue Area towers up to 659 feet get CDA in-principle nod

CDA's Design Vetting Committee gave in-principle backing to a 45-storey tower on Plot 13 and a 42-floor tower on Plot 09 in Blue Area.

CDA gave in-principle approval to two Blue Area high-rises, one planned at about 659 feet.

The Plot 13 tower is a 45-storey mixed-use building with five underground parking floors.

The Plot 09 tower is planned at about 580 feet with 42 floors plus service floors.

Three other projects in Bahria Garden City and Gulberg Greens also received in-principle approval.

Final approval depends on structural stability, parking, fire safety and protection of human life.
