CDA extends Capital House bids by 15 days, to 27 October

The Rs3.2 billion Diplomatic Enclave project, bid under an EPC model, now closes on 27 October after firms asked for more time on designs.

The bidding deadline for the Rs 3.2 billion Capital House has been moved to October 27.

This is the second extension granted by the CDA following a request from prospective bidders.

The project will feature approximately 100 rooms and four-star facilities in the Diplomatic Enclave.

Construction will follow the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model over two years.
