Colgate-Palmolive Pakistan signs deal for P&G Karachi plant
Colgate-Palmolive Pakistan has signed an asset purchase deal for Procter & Gamble’s land and factory at Port Qasim, Karachi, pending regulator clearance.
Colgate-Palmolive Pakistan signed an asset purchase agreement with P&G Pakistan on 28 October 2026.
The deal covers land, a manufacturing facility and related assets at Port Qasim, Karachi.
Completion depends on approval from the Competition Commission of Pakistan.
P&G is winding down its own manufacturing and commercial operations in Pakistan and shifting to a distributor model.
P&G had said in May it planned to sell the Port Qasim assets to Colgate-Palmolive Pakistan.
