Engro Fertilizers Announces Rs5.50 Dividend as Profit Rises 57%

Engro Fertilizers announced a cash dividend of Rs5.50 per share for July-September 2026, against Rs4.50 in the same quarter last year.
Net profit rose 57% year on year to Rs9.1 billion, and earnings per share reached Rs6.83 compared with Rs4.35.
Urea offtake jumped 175% quarter on quarter to 711,000 tons in September 2026, helped by rival plant shutdowns.
The dividend equals an 80% payout ratio, while distribution costs rose 33% and finance costs rose 90%.
