Bestway launches Geely in Islamabad; Karachi plant acquired
Bestway Automotive introduced Geely in Islamabad on 24 October, naming the EX2, EX5 and Starray EM as shoppers begin tracking Geely car price in Pakistan.
Bestway Automotive launched the Geely brand in Islamabad on 24 October.
Geely named the EX2, EX5 and Starray EM for Pakistan; the Starray EM powertrain is not yet confirmed.
Pakistan is Geely’s first market in South Asia, Geely Auto International’s Evin Ye said.
Bestway has acquired an assembly plant in Karachi and plans eight dealerships in the first phase.
Operations are set to begin in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, with workshops, parts localisation and a charging network planned.
