Gul Ahmed to buy five Nooriabad plots spanning 43.75 acres
The board also cleared a 7.5 MW wind turbine, up to 6 MW of solar and a 20 MWh battery system while confirming a separate SITE Nooriabad plot deal is done.
Gul Ahmed’s board on 24 October 2026 approved buying five plots totalling 43.75 acres at SITE Nooriabad in Jamshoro.
The purchases still need due diligence and corporate, regulatory and legal formalities.
The board also approved a 7.5 MW Goldwind wind turbine, solar of up to 6 MW, and a 20 MWh battery storage system.
Separately, the company said it has completed acquiring Plot A-44 at SITE Nooriabad with land, buildings and plant.
