Court lists Adiala visit petition for Imran Khan on Nov 5
Justice Umair Majid Malik will take up a National Dialogue Committee plea and registrar objections seeking a supervised Adiala visit with the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.
Islamabad High Court has listed the petition for November 5 before Justice Umair Majid Malik.
National Dialogue Committee figures Fawad Chaudhry, Imran Ismail, Mahmood Maulvi and Barrister Saif filed the plea via counsel Faisal Fareed Chaudhry.
Respondents named include the interior secretary, Punjab’s home secretary and the Adiala Jail superintendent.
Petitioners say friends and relatives have been barred from visits for months and cite health worries for Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.
They ask the court to order a timed jail visit under prison rules to check welfare and legal safeguards.
