Major General Ali Abdollahi said lasting calm requires ending wars in Gaza and Lebanon, lifting sanctions, recognising Hormuz sovereignty and attack guarantees.
Major General Ali Abdollahi listed five conditions he said are essential for lasting regional security.
He said Iran is a “fourth centre of global power” through control of the Strait of Hormuz.
Conditions include ending wars in Lebanon and Gaza and rejecting talks under military threat.
Tehran wants sanctions lifted, frozen assets released, war-damage compensation and Hormuz recognition.
He also called for guarantees against renewed attacks and region-led security arrangements.
