ITP offers on-spot student motorcycle licences in November
From 1 to 30 November 2026, college and university students in Islamabad can get motorcycle licences on the spot after formalities, while citizens can also have licences delivered by courier.
Islamabad Traffic Police is waiving the mandatory 42-day learner waiting period for college and university students seeking motorcycle licences from 1 to 30 November 2026.
Eligible students can complete formalities and receive motorcycle licences on the spot, CTO Kainat Azhar Khan said.
Citizens can have driving licences delivered to their homes through TCS courier instead of repeated office visits.
The CTO urged students to use the November facility and reminded riders and drivers to hold valid licences.
