Shahmeer Sehwani-Jakhrani was killed in firing between the Sanani and Sehwani groups in Garhi Khairo, Jacobabad.
The two sides are rival groups of the Jakhrani tribe, and the clash is linked to an alleged honour dispute.
The feud had already killed 12 people over several years, so this death takes the toll to 13.
Police took the body to Garhi Khairo hospital for a postmortem and later handed it to the heirs.
No case had been registered and no arrest made; both groups reportedly took positions in their areas.
