PTA records 7,400 telecom complaints; Jazz leads list
Jazz telecom complaints in Pakistan led the September 2026 PTA tally at 3,005, ahead of Telenor, Zong and Ufone, as the regulator closed most of 7,400 industry cases.
Jazz recorded 3,005 complaints in September 2026, the highest among mobile operators.
Telenor had 1,325 complaints, Zong 1,309 and Ufone 985.
The PTA received 7,400 telecom complaints and resolved 7,071, or 95.55%.
Cellular operators accounted for 6,658 complaints, with a 96.65% resolution rate.
