The Karachi cotton rate in Pakistan today closed at Rs17,800 a maund after a Rs200 cut, with soft New York futures and weaker local quality keeping spinners cautious.
Karachi Cotton Association spot rate fell Rs200 to Rs17,800 a maund.
Sindh and Punjab cotton traded Rs16,000–18,000 a maund; Balochi cotton Rs18,700–19,000.
