Brother petitions Peshawar High Court over KP CM Sohail Afridi

Muhammad Amir has asked the Peshawar High Court to locate KP CM Sohail Afridi, alleging masked gunmen seized him at the Chief Minister's House.

Dawn, Tribune and Business Recorder reported on Tuesday that Muhammad Amir petitioned the Peshawar High Court to trace his brother Sohail Afridi.

The plea says masked, armed men removed Afridi at the Chief Minister's House while Peshawar's CCPO was present.

It seeks his return to court, an outside inquiry, preservation of camera recordings and security logs, and an early listing.

The note relies on Article 4, Article 9, Article 10 and Article 14, and says a delay could put Afridi at risk.

The reports give no case number, hearing date, court order or police reply.
