Divisional SPs must personally lead raids; SSP Operations and SSP Investigation will supervise.
Police were told to pursue Category-B proclaimed offenders and identify theft hotspots for decoy operations.
The CCPO also ordered action against organised gambling networks.
DIG Administration, Investigation and Operations and senior SSPs attended the crime-review meeting.
